10/2 - Realizing my worth
Today, I randomly realized the most ego boosting thing that definitely elevated my worth. All my exes think dating me was the biggest flex for them. Like they genuinely hype themselves up by saying “I dated the Director of Marketing of Dil Mil - the one that manages the marketing for a multi-million company, the largest South Asian Dating App, the app every brown person knows of.” So you’re literally telling me that I’m the biggest flex in their life.
Lmfao that’s sad. Because none of them were ever the biggest flex in my life.
And this is an instant ego booster once I actually put this into thoughts. Lmfaooo like crazy. Because the person they flex about is ME. I’m that person. Shit, I should be ego boosting myself which I do but like this is also on another level. I actually need to be my biggest fan.
Just recently - on J’s hinge profile his biggest fun fact was that “he was a part of a photoshoot for a dating app” lmfao if you ask me that’s starting on a wrong foot because lmfao he’s building his new relationship with my presence but okay. And the photoshoot was my work. So lolol his biggest flex is MY WORK. lmfao insane and also crazy that men will never hype that up when you’re with them because they don’t want their worth to go down but will use that same thing to hype themselves up.
But knowing that I am my biggest flex. I will forever have access to me and my work is truly so beautiful. Also, they think I’m dying to have them put a ring on my finger? Lmfaooooo it’s my finger. It’s attached to me. I can put a ring on it anytime. In fact, I did and now their ring is “meh” compared to my ring on my finger. I’ve already had a ring on my finger, so it regulates the whole hype.
This also means I need to start moving like I’m a celebrity. I can’t have any dusty crusty person have access to me. Especially, If they’re going to make that their life story.
