Step 14 - Be delusional and confident that it will all work out and trust the process

Being delusional and confident means knowing that you'll find your person—no matter how challenging your dating journey, how long you've been single, or what others say. Everything else is simply a learning lesson. You're in a state of optimism, positivity, and gratitude. Nothing scares you, not even timelines or aging.

How does this show up in dating?

When you deeply believe it'll all work out, you gain the strength to walk away from people who don't align with you and stop accepting the bare minimum. For example, if you're in a situationship and that person says they can't commit or aren't ready for a relationship, you'll walk away—no matter how great they seem. You know they're not your person, and every "no" simply leads you closer to your "yes."

How to work on this?

Let go of the fear of ending up lonely and truly internalize that your person is out there—it will all work out. This affirmation will give you confidence on your hardest days, because healing isn't easy or linear. Some days will be good, others will be bad. You might discover wounds you didn't even know you had, but remember: your person is out there, and every experience is a learning lesson guiding you to your highest self. This belief will carry you through and fuel your motivation to heal.
