10/22 - checklist type of day
I feel like I’m starting to see the leaves from all the seeds I planted throughout the past 2 months.
It’s been officially a week on no coffee (exception of the 2 sips on Saturday) and no onion and garlic. 3 months since putting rose hip seed oil every night. 3 months of biotin gummies. 2.5 months since doing daily walks. 1 week of waking up early.
It’s like slow glow-ups. Cutting out coffee is fixing my sleep schedule and anxiety, the no onion and garlic is fixing my bloating. Maybe that’s what was causing the inflammation. My face scars are slowly going away with rosehip seed oil. My hair is growing with the biotin gummies. And the daily walks gives me clarity plus it’s like an easy workout.
Today was more so a finish the checklist type of day. I reorganized my bedroom to give it a more homie feel, got my steps in, did things around the house that were pending, got my new work laptop. It was a go go go type of day, which makes laying down right now feel even better.
9/10 - a little tired but feel accomplished
