12/21 - Feeling drained
I keep going back and forth between the worrying, and I feel like that’s okay. But overall just the negative energy from worrying still felt like it was lingering a bit, so took the time today to do a manifestation exercise and just reframe my fears.
I started with writing down all the risks I took this year and how they ended up being rewarding just because I didn’t let fear control my decisions, so I almost feel like I helped me quantum leap to another level.
And then realized the biggest thing that changed my life was literally believing I was already my goal weight or believing I was already engaged. It just completely shifted my mindset, so I wrote down all my dreams, and then wrote down “how would I move if I did…” like in what type of energy would I be. Then on the next page, I wrote down the dreams again and I will find a image that best represents me moving like that for my vision board.
Tbh I started even feeling a difference for two of my goals immediately because I just kept labeling myself with the goal, example “I am a blogger, I am a model, I am a writer”. You almost move differently based on what you’re defined by.
And then I wrote down some of my fears: uncertainty, failure, and abandonment and reframed them with a cute little picture.

And just reframing also felt comforting. When you worry about something, it’s not just a flick of a switch, it’s like continuous efforts of feeding your brain positive messages to get rid of the negative ones, so just continuing to do that.
Overall, all this kind of also drained me, so was trying to finish all my errands through my checklist by just being a zombie. Literally felt out of body because my brain just couldn’t but my body was just moving.
We have people coming over for dinner tomorrow, so needed to go to walmart, grocery stores, return some things.
7/10 - super drained but good brain healing was done today
Intuition - Once I truly embody moving like all my goals as reality, I will quantum jump, and no one can stop me.
